A hearing was set today by Judge James Daniel for November 8th @ 2PM to hear the motion filed by Alexander's new attorney Bruce Zimet of Fort Lauderdale for Alexander to possibly post bail. Alexander has maintained her innocence since she was convicted in March 2012 of three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the August 2010 shooting. According to Zimet, he says this trial will be very different than the first one.
