Youth Empowerment Summit & Crime Prevention Fundraiser- Angela Corey Keynote Speaker

Shofar Magazine & D.I.P. Foundation is investing in the Jacksonville youth personal growththrough  an Empowerment Summit & Crime Prevention Fundraiser. The event will be held at Holiday Hill Baptist Church 730 Mandalay Rd., Jacksonville, Florida 32216,
June 30th at 7 PM.
As you know the high rates of crime and violence in Duval county are undermining growth, threatening human welfare, and impeding social development. Indeed, it is unambiguous that crime and violence are a development issue having direct affects on human welfare in short term and economic growth and social development long term. One of the most flustering issues we are confronted with in today’s society is drugs, which is interrelated to crime. It is a truism that crime has a negative impact on legitimate business and investments. As crime increases, access to financing declines, spending on formal and informal security measures increases, and worker productivity declines. Moreover, fighting crime diverts limited economic resources from other critical human development sectors such as health and education.    D.I.P. Foundation a 501(C) 3 charity on a mission to raise funds and awareness to fight against abuse, will be addressing youth violence, bullying, gangs, dating violence, theft, social media safety, substance abuse, self harm, and teen driving safety. (D.I.P.) believes that community education and leadership are building blocks to preventing violence. To learn more about this organization, to volunteer, or make a donation visit

Keynote speakers will be (D.I.P.’s) Founder P.K. Mickens & State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Angela Corey who will be honored by the organization. Shofar Magazine’s Exclusive interview with Angela Corey will be unveiled that evening. Print copies of the magazine will be available for a donation of $10. Professional athletes, members of the press and city officials are invited to join us for a night of inspiration, information, and invigoration! Consider learning how community leaders are working to make a difference for young people in Jacksonville, and how you can join in to become part of the fight to take back our children and our city.
The Summit is free, and registration is open to the public. Space is limited. Registration for individuals and the media is available in advance at :

on event day attendees can register and enjoy refreshments at 5:30 PM.  (B.L.O.W.) provides a unique platform and opportunity to bring together youth to share experiences about the problems that are affecting their lives, and develop the creative and leadership qualities while ensuring their drive to be an effective leader.

Quality readable content is key here. Google, for example, will recognize that people are leaving your site soon after arriving if they perceive that your site or blog is full of junk content. This is called "bounce rate." If your bounce rate is high, then people are quickly leaving your site. But for the sake of your business, to build your online reputation and brand, you want people to visit your site, stay for a while, and then keep revisiting over the long term.

There is a difference of education sector between different countries to run it. Every country has own way to run the education sector. The good method of teaching is very important to run this field. The rules and laws are very different among some countries.
